Job Description

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing UiPath automation workflows using Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
• Understanding of RPA principles, including process automation, exception handling, and logging
• Experience working with varied systems, such as web applications, desktop environments, or legacy platforms
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, C#, or similar tools
• Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients
• U.S. citizenship, required for public sector client work
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, up to approximately 25%
• Preferred: Experience creating reusable components or using automation frameworks such as REFramework
• Preferred: Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or complex automation workflows
• Preferred: Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery
• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or with Linux
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Design, develop, and maintain UiPath workflows for a range of client needs
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Take part in client workshops, design discussions, and testing throughout project delivery
• Convert business needs into technical solutions, including UiPath workflow design and configuration
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation solutions
• Troubleshoot issues with teammates, improve performance, and help ensure bot reliability
• Share knowledge, document solutions, and contribute to team best practices
• Help estimate effort, assess changes, and support delivery planning as needed
• Work with web applications, APIs, and legacy platforms
