This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong residential construction experience who wants to play a key role in supporting high-end construction projects from start to finish.Position OverviewThe Senior Project Accountant will be responsible for the full accounting cycle for assigned construction projects. This individual will partner closely with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and close processes while supporting the company’s continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting for assigned residential construction projectsProcess accounts payable and oversee vendor invoice managementMaintain and monitor job costing for multiple active projectsPrepare and track work-in-progress (WIP) schedulesAssist with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysisGenerate project financial reports for leadership and operations teamsPerform general ledger reconciliations related to project activityHandle month-end close responsibilities for assigned projectsEnsure financial data is accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policiesPartner with project managers and internal stakeholders on budget tracking and financial performance
